Reciprocal Borrowers
U/CL allows Reciprocal Borrowing for faculty and students of other public State of
Reciprocal Borrowers must observe all U/CL policies, fines, and charges.
Loan Periods for Reciprocal Borrowers

Books may be borrowed for 21 days.

There is a limit of 5 books per patron.

Renewals are not permitted.

Interlibrary Loan is not provided to Reciprocal Borrowers

LRC materials or equipment are not provided to Reciprocal Borrowers.
Delinquent borrowers will be sent an overdue notice and his/her home institution will be notified.
Borrowed materials must be returned directly to the University/College Library.
Borrower Responsibilities
Your institution ID-card is the non-transferable card used to check out materials from the U/C Library on Central Campus. The borrower is responsible for all items charged to the their card and is responsible for the safe return of all library materials. If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged, the card holder is responsible for all replacement costs.
Appropriate posted fines and fees are applicable for overdue materials, reprocessing, rebinding, or lost items.
The willful mutilation or unauthorized removal of Library or Learning Resources materials may result in severe disciplinary and/or legal action.
